We’re a friendly, proactive sustainability team with over 30 years’ sector experience. We work to understand your goals and energy-generation potential, then match you with renewable energy investors, ready to fund your project.

They pay for all installation and maintenance costs, so it’s completely free to you. You’ll then get a fixed-rate Power Purchase Agreement, which freezes the price of your energy for 15-25 years, giving you cost certainty and energy security.

We’re not tied to any technology, investor or solution, so it’s always about finding the best fit for you.

Your questions, answered

Yes. Our investor partners pay for your entire installation and all ongoing maintenance.
It depends on your current energy bills and usage. We’d expect a 30% to 50% saving, fixed (or CPI-indexed) for the duration of your PPA (usually 15-25 years).
Usually, you can choose to extend your PPA, buy the panels and equipment or ask for everything to be removed.
Whether you’ve got one property or a portfolio, we can structure your agreement so both you and your tenants benefit. Just get in touch to talk through your options.
We’ll ask you to make sure a new tenant takes over the PPA, otherwise there may be an exit fee.
We can do a high-level assessment in a couple of days, followed by a detailed design proposal in a couple of weeks. Solar builds happen fast, so you’ll be fully up and running 6 to 12 months after you first get in touch.
