The Trust Group (TUM Group Ltd) is a utility contractor based in Stanton by Dale, Derbyshire. It undertakes utility installation and maintenance work, along with supporting works, for major utility suppliers and Highway Electrical contracts for Local Authorities and other public and private clients across throughout the Midlands.

All HR and procurement staff will be trained in the basic requirements of the act to raise awareness across the company in its compliance.

The company’s performance will be monitored annually and suppliers and subcontractors not complying will be removed from the supply chain.
