We’re committed to growing talent in the communities we serve, which is why we’ve opened our first Trust Talent Academy right on our doorstep, in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. With roll-out plans well underway, we’re on track to open five more across five regions in the next 12 months.

Everyone who enrols at a Trust Talent Academy joins our three-year training programme, designed to provide the practical skills and know-how to build a strong, long-lasting career.

You’ll get high-quality training and mentoring from expert trainers with years of on-the-job experience. You’ll have access to professional facilities, tools and a huge amount of straight-talking advice. And most importantly of all, you’ll have great opportunities when you’re done.
